Help!
I have had the Yale Nest Lock linked to my nest for the last two years. I recently switched internet providers and was having issues reconnecting the lock to the nest (based on the new internet provider). I tried numerous times to remove the lock from nest and reinstall bug could never get to the “ready now” message on the lock because of the security message.I went through everyone’s recommended steps but nothing worked. So then tried to do a factory reset of the Yale lock. After taking the batteries off, taking off the plate, pushing the reset button down while replacing the batteries (left to right), reinstalling the plate, and putting the batteries back in, my deadbolt activated and is now jammed. I tried to repeat the steps of resetting but am getting nowhere in terms of getting the deadbolt unjammed. I don’t understand because the lock was working well before, was calibrated and never jammed.
appreciate if anyone has any solutions that could help unjam the lock. Since the factory reset occurred, I was not able to compete the process of setting up the master Code.
thanks

Hi Brad
Thanks for reaching out. I was able to fix my issue by turning the lock on the face plat 360 degrees before inserting it back into the door. Thanks anyway.
