All I want to do is check my account to see what I have paid for, and how in the hell do I renew my subscription. I might as well take a walk off a barn roof as to get anything answered here. I can't spend all-day looking for something. the longer I am on here the more discussed I get. Just give me a phone number to a live person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You're in the Google Nest Community right now, where most of the responses are from other customers. (I'm just another customer.)
Google does not make it easy.
You can go into the Google Home app, select Settings | Nest Aware and the select "Billing support" to "Request a call for issues with billing".
Or you can go to the link below (logging on with the same gmail account you use with the Google Nest and Google Home apps if you're not already logged in). There you should see your Nest Aware subscription.
