A complete disrespect of time and horrific product design. Talk about over-engineering. An product barks out that lock is jammed with no way to reset this moronic behavior than to do a factory reset, only discoverable by a post from a user who was tricked by this. The instructions should have a warning that some product designer made the very unwise choice of trying to be clever. The reverse direction choice should be an option, not a "I know better than you, you idiot" automation. No warning at all in the instructions and no warning in the error message. Customers will spend hours trying to debug. Shame on Nest/Google/Yale! I suggest the product get discontinued or repackaged.
