My lock was working fine until I had to do a factory reset and re setup on my account. When I put the plate back on, it keeps clicking and not locking/unlocking through the app and keypad.
i tried locking and unlocking manually and it’s moving smoothly with no interference. When I test it with the door open through the app and keypad it only clicks and gives an error saying the deadbolt is blocked

Since the device can’t be locked or unlocked with the Nest app or keypad even with the door open, the best thing to do now is to contact Yale Customer Support for warranty options.
