Cant add nest connect through nest app

Fabfive

Bought a new house with a yale lock, connect, and two protect detectors. I've reset everything but cannot get the connect to connect for the lock. I'm trying to add the connect through the nest app but keep getting the error Code NA022. I cannot seem to find any help online with this code. I've reset the connect following the steps orange to green to factory reset. The light just stays blue now but won't connect. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Fabfive,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and sharing all the steps you’ve tried to fix the issue. I’d be happy to help you with Nest Connect. Let’s check it out.

Please try the steps below:

  1. Plug Nest Connect into a power outlet. Press and hold the bottom button until the LED light turns yellow and then blue. This action should reset Nest Connect to the factory default.
  2. Set up Nest Connect again.
  3. If the issue persists, try plugging your Connect into a different outlet that’s about halfway between your Guard and Detect(s).
  4. Check for sources of wireless interference. Thick walls, floors, appliances, furniture, and even other electronics on the same network can cause interference.
  5. Wait a few minutes, and then check the app for any offline products.
  6. If that doesn’t work, try again at additional outlets or locations in your home.
  7. Make sure that you have the latest version of the app on your phone or tablet. You can download it for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Lance
