I accidentally deleted the nest connect on my Nest app and now have trouble reinstalling it.
I kept getting error code NA004(0.80) and it says it has trouble finding a wifi network.
I've tried restarting phone/wifi router/reinstall the nest app. Nothing worked.
Any help would be appreciated... Thank you.

So on that same day I chatted with their support, tried restarting everything and eventually they had to refer the case to engineer dept. No email reply from them yet (holiday noted).
However, I found that the lock could be connected to the Hub Max and somehow I could made the lock work.
