I purchased this and I have tried to install it, but the Nest connect gives me the flashing blue light for a few minutes and shuts off and I get no error code.
I have followed the troubleshooting guide, I know the network is working (Everything else works on the WiFi except for this) I have restarted the network and have done everything else in the troubleshooting guide. I have even moved he connect to be 5 feet away from my router, and still no connection.
Is it normal for it to take three days and countless hours to get your items to work?
