Nest x Yale lock keypad lights -- 6 and 9 digits no longer light up!

Here's an interesting problem.  The numerals 6 and 9 have stopped lighting up after pressing the Yale button to insert an access code. None of the other digits have dimmed noticeably, but 6 and 9 are completely black. Pressing them (or where they would be) still work fine. I can deal with 20% of the digits being dark, but it's an Airbnb rental. I'd rather not assign only codes that don't include those two digits!

@thatsdk

Have you tried to Factory Reset your lock? I would definitely go through with that process. It may be an inconvenience, I know but it has a pretty high chance of fixing itself. You can learn how to Factory Reset it here. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best regards,

Brad.
