I never got the email with the code to redeem the offer related to the sunsetting of Nest Secure (user since 2019)
I called on 3 different occasions and Google store reps either had no idea what I was talking about or told me I just had to wait. Well how long do I need to wait? It's been 3 months!

Don't placate us by repeating the same instructions as already provided by other reps here. You have never responded to those form submissions before, and cannot be trusted to do so now. To make this right you owe everyone who has wasted their time on this issue a personal call with these codes and an additional $200 in cash for compensation for personal time wasted.
