Yale Lock Icon Missing

I installed a new Yale lock and connected it with the Nest app. When I went to add another user to the app, the lock icon disappears. I am unable to lock or unlock the door from the app without the icon.

Neat Yale Lock won’t Connect

Nest Yale lock went offline

Nest Yale lock went offline lost it’s WiFi while all my other devices maintained good connectivity.

Recently bought from Nest Guard previous user who removed the tags from his account but im having trouble activating the tags because error code NT009(03)... Everything else works except the tags.
