Yeah, I have a strong network with a EERO mesh. I was trying to install it in the house first. I tried both factory and refresh and that didn’t connect at all. Couldn’t see the device on my phone either. I tried to go through the setup twice. I returned it and ordered a new one. Sometimes new systems have glitches.
