Google Nest not connecting to Wi-Fi for Nest x Yale Lock

Hi, I have a Google x Yale lock and for some reason I cannot get the Nest to connect to Wi-Fi on the Nest app. I keep getting the error message NA004(0.80). Not sure how to fix this as everything I have tried has not worked. Any help? Thank you.

Nest Connect already connected error.
