I had the technician here today and all was working fine but when I tried to add a household member to the Nest Connect for the Yale Lock + Nest Connect, it said I could not use the primary account to add a household member. Therefore I tried to add a shared email account also on gmail but then I was getting an error message from Nest Connect that it was already associated with another/previous account which I thought I deleted. I attempted to reset and my technician from a third party technology firm cannot help me immediately. How do I reset my Nest Connect and disassociate it with an account that I don't see exists, the gmail account exists but Google Home does not show the front door lock or any of the associated apps or accounts. Simply put, I want my Nest Connect to forget everything and not recognize an association with any account and I want to add it to the preferred account of my choice - thanks in advance!

Whilst connected to power, press and hold down the button until the light turns yellow, then blue, then pulsing blue. You can release the button when it starts pulsing blue.
