No option to Enable Cloud Services to cast to Google Meet

There seems to be no available solution or explanation as to why I don't have the option to enable cloud services with the cast on my computer. Please help.

I am having the same issue. I was able to pin the cast icon yet there is no cloud services option. I wonder if this is a paid feature or a technical problem? I am not signed up for the paid version of Google workplace.
