Not able to open the door with PC. The screen is dark and not lighting.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let me take a look at this for you.
Remove and reinsert the batteries. Remove and reinsert the batteries to restart your Nest × Yale Lock. If the battery level is low on the app or if the lock still does not turn on, replace the old batteries with fresh ones.
