Having the same issue. The connect no longer seems to recognize there is line power when plugged in. I have it plugged in but the app settings technical info shows Line Power: No

@Ryenian1158, what is the color of the status light on the Nest Connect? Have you tried to restart the Nest x Yale Lock by removing the batteries and re-inserting them? Did you try to use a fresh set of batteries for the lock? Also, how far is the Nest Connect from the Wi-Fi router?
