Option to add guests in Nest App missing in June release of app

I have a YaleXNest Lock and previously have been able to add guests. I found today that I no longer had the option to add a new guest. Currently I only have 2 guest codes active. I find when I go to edit/change either of those I don't have the option to do so. Clicking the eye icon to show the code shows nothing. The Change option just doesn't respond to any interaction. 

 

I Tried removing the current users and still can not add any. I come to the forums where I see dozens of users complaining of getting an error when they try to add guests, and mention that engineering is working on the issue. Now I find that the option to add guests is gone entirely. Is this some sort of butchered UI change while they try to fix the issue? Or is it just gimping the functionality of my door lock due to a bug?

A few questions: are you using an iOS or Android device? Does it happen on both Wi-Fi and mobile data? Have you tried using another mobile device to create new guest passcodes?
 

Let's try these troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. Check for any iOS or Android updates.
  2. Uninstall the Nest app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
  3. Create new guest passcodes.
