Trying to re-connect a camera that has been offline: dropcam indoors

We had this camera working and then it stopped. Probably a due to a change in the router. I am using both cell phone app and wire connected to laptop, but cannot get it to sync or display the instructions via laptop to do a sync.

What colour is the light on your Dropcam? It should be yellow and after a moment, it should being to blink? Once your camera finishes its start up, open Windows Explorer and double click Setup Dropcam. Then follow the steps on screen. I'll include detailed steps below.
