We have multiple Nest devices (most are pre-Google). Have a new phone and now unable to log back into my original Nest account on the Nest home app which is keeping me from being able to connect all devices in the app.

Are you absolutely certain that you're using the same username and password you were using previously to log into the Google Nest app and/or the Google Home app on your new phone? That's all we've had to do when we've upgraded to new phones.

If you have a non-migrated Nest account, follow this guide to change or reset your Nest account password.
On the other hand, if you have a migrated Google account, our friends at the Google Account Help Community are the perfect folks to help you with it.
