Where's the list of things that should actually be on my cellphone

With everything on our phones these days, is there anything I should be looking for because it shouldn't be there.. the other day my 1st of 2 Moto g stylus 5g 2022's a devinfo thing somehow got on my phone then started copying my phone or something. I managed to find it in the settings and got it removed and uninstalled before it was at 48%, was that soon enough? What was it? How do I keep those things away from me and my accounts
