I just got the Yale Lock today and after trying to install it, it was operating in the wrong way so we tried to factory reset it and got it removed from our long. Long story short, it's been removed from our Home on the app but it's still set up so we REALLY need to factory reset but it will not reset. We've tried it multiple times. I've also tried reconnecting it to our Home and that won't work either. What do I do?
