My lock went offline few days ago. I checked the nest connect connection, the light came as yellow.
I have tried removing the products and adding but no success. Connection check is resulting in yellow light every time. I have even moved near the wifi router but no success.
I tried to restart nest connect but light never turned green. After blue pulse for a while, it goes off.
I have also tried after restarting my phone and with it being on Airplane mode but again no success.
I have one another set of Nest connect and Yale Lock which has no issues on same wifi.
Your help and advise is much appreciated as I have been trying to solve through troubleshooting help since last week.

Pulsing yellow light on your Nest × Yale Lock means that your lock is jammed. Also, here's a guide for you to troubleshoot an offline Nest × Yale Lock.

Thanks Zoe for your reply, Fortunately Ithe lock is back online. Resetting the nest connect and Yale lock, then adding worked for me. Appreciate your response
