Purchased a google nest wireless doorbell and the google home app (iOS) will not permit the device to install. I've tried a reset, hard reset on the doorbell. Then a reboot on my iPhone. Working through the whizzy wig on the google home app, it states to plug in the doorbell, wait for the white light to turn blue (it remains white). Then continuing on the app states 'preparing your device' the doorbell makes a tri beep... then states something went wrong. Try connecting again (I'm over 30 times!) try rebooting the device (I've done this multiple times) then try turning your phone's airplane mode on and off... none of this works. Any assistance would be appreciated... or better a phone number for google tech support. Thank you!
