Bonjour,
J'ai acquis l'appareil Smart Temperature and Humidity Sensor ,(acheté sur Amazon).
il peut être connecté à Alexa (Amazon) ou Google Home
Fonctionne avec l'application Meross ou Apple Homekit
L'appareil est correctement installé via l'application Meross, tout est normal et les informations indiquées (température et humidité sont correctes) - Jusque là tout fonctionne correctement.
Cependant, lorsque j'interroge Google Home (dans lequel j'ai configurer l'appareil Meross) il me répond : " Salon (ma pièce) est en mode AUTOMATIQUE.
Lorsque j'ouvre effectivement (clic sur vignette) l'appareil à travers l'application Google Home j'aperçois un cercle, dans lequel est inscrit "Auto"
Je n'arrive pas à sortir (et comprendre ce mode Automatique) de ce mode
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Voici pour les images, je n’ai pas trouvé pour envoyer le fichier son ? . Par ailleurs je dois passer par un traitement de texte externe, car il est quasiment impossible d’écrire directement ici. L’écriture est anarchique

It sounds like your Meross sensor is connected properly but stuck in "Auto" mode within Google Home. This could be a sync issue between Meross and Google Home. Try these steps:
Re-link Meross in Google Home: Go to Google Home > Devices > tap your sensor > Settings (gear icon) > Unlink Meross, then re-add it.
Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your Meross app and device firmware are up to date.
Reboot Devices: Restart your router, phone, and the sensor.

Hello, the problème persists it's always in auto. The firmware of smarthub is up to date. I don't find update firmware for the sensor. The app is ok.
