An unknown family's name is displaying alongside all events and tasks

This just started happening in the past month or two, but whenever an upcoming task or calendar event is displayed on my Hub it says "Paredes family" underneath it. I have no idea who that family is. I did a factory rest of the hub and it still occurs. How is this happening?
