I would like to ask for help as too why this is happening and how to stop it, I have not set anything up to my knowledge and cannot understand why this random message keeps being broadcast at a ridiculous time every morning.

Hi Nathan1984,
Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please tell us if there are other users linked to your Google Nest Hub Max? It looks like announcements are turned on that's why you keep getting the same message on a specific time.
Here's some steps to disable the family bell settings on your Google Nest Hub Max:
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Princess

Hey Nathan1984,
Thank you so much for double-checking that for us. I did find an article with more details on the feature. Let me know if that helps resolve the issue, or if you are still having trouble with the announcement going off.
Best regards,
Jake

Hi,
my wife checked in the assistant settings again after signing out of Google and then signing back in.
In the family bell settings, there was a bell setup for the announcement - she has no idea how this would have happened, obviously no one would purposely set this up so I’d like to understand how this can happen?
The issue is resolved, although I’m not confident something like this won’t happen again.

Hey Nathan1984,
You might accidentally turn it on when you set up your Nest Hub Max but, as long as the Family bell announcement is turned off on your Assistant settings, this should not happen.
Best,
Alex

Hi Princess,
I use a iOS device and there doesn’t appear to be an option to turn off/on.
There are no family bell announcements saved in the app, both myself and my wife have checked and there is nothing setup.
