Looking for helpful suggestions to diagnose a black screen on my Nest Hub. Well more than a year old, so not warranty. Sound works but as a standalone speaker it's pretty subpar. Have rebooted, and display shows Google logo then goes blank. Could be it's dimming itself too far, but no way to tell. Changing display through settings doesn't seem to make a difference. Although part of me would love to upgrade to a Hub Max, another part doesn't want to spend that much and have another out of warranty display issue.

Issue resolved via factory reset, with the help of a human (Andrew) in Montreal, who called so quickly after my request that I thought it was a telemarketer or scam! Working again like a charm.
