When I try to set up my new Nest Hub it tells me it needs to be activated and sends me to the Play Store to download the Device Utility App. After a few seconds it says the app is installed but I can't find it listed anywhere, hence I cannot run it. Any ideas how to procede further? I am stuck in this place in the install process.
