I was given a Nest Hub Max previously used by someone else. I have no idea what the network name or password are. I’m trying to connect to my WiFi and it’s not working.
When plugged in to power, the screen says “W9S9 Can’t connect to WiFi”. In the lower right hand corner of the screen it says “University Hub max 1032”. Would this be some kind of password or?The light on the top of the unit is orange not green. There’s a website shown that doesn’t work. g.co/dev/nestfleet
Is there a way I’ll be able to connect to WiFi and use this thing.
