I recently moved and since moving, my Google Home mini has not been working correctly. I can connect to it via the "wi-fi" it broadcasts and through blue-tooth but still will not allow me to get it completely set up. It finds the mini extremely fast when on the app for the set up but then times out and says "could not communicate with your google home mini". The device then says extremely loud how it cannot connect to the internet and to check the app.

Fixed the issue. Don't know if this is the fully recommended way to do it, but had to factory reset the Google Home Mini.

Hello Alxndr5120,
Thank you for your update, I am glad to hear that your issue has been resolved! No worries, we actually do suggest conducting a Factory Data Reset on devices that are encountering issues, so that was a great troubleshooting step you took. Thanks again, and have a nice day!

I also moved and got the cannot communicate with google home mini. Does it work with Verizon Fios?
I've tried everything. Uninstalled/reinstalled google home, reset speaker to factory default, Reset router. Restarted phone. Turned wifi off/on. Bluetooth is on. Location services is on. I can see the speaker under wifi choices but clicking that doesn't offer anything. Speaker is connected to power by the correct wire. What's next?!!
