Display sound turns itself down

My display volume always turns back down to volume 2. I start music be it Spotify or streaming and turn up volume 20 secs later it drops to level 2. I turn it up it turns down. No obvious night time / curfew sound settings so what's going on?

Sorted found night mode on an old android device. It doesn't show on my iPhone.

If your Google Nest Home is changing volume by itself, reboot the device and check your Bluetooth and internet connection. If the issue persists, turn off the "lower volume when listening" option on the Google Home app. You could also try adjusting the night mode, routines, and alarms on the Google Home app
