Error 83902 kgsk error domain

Need help.

My nest hub was working perfectly until I moved home and got a different wifi. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, done a factory reset on the nest hub, checked the language settings on the app and phone and still get this error. Very frustrating and not user friendly. I’m just about to chuck the lot in the bin. Can anyone help before I do so please.

Why doesn't Google Nest either change this cryptic error message to something meaningful, or provide a Help topic on what it means and how to fix it?

Hi Juni.
3 weeks later, still no response from anyone. Not even an acknowledgement to say they are looking into it. Pathetic. Never buy a google product again.

Oh. By the way. It’s in the bin.
