Google Home Mini (1st gen) - I do not get notifications for my Tasks (former Reminders)

Hi.

I have a Google Home Mini (1st gen). Suddenly, whenever I set a task (reminder) I get a push notification on my android phone (along with a sound) but google home mini gives no notification at all. It doesn’t even light up the one circle as it is meant to (and used to). It also used to say: I have a reminder for... It is gone too.

I have reset it just in case, no change. The problem persists.

Any solutions or similar experience?

So, I have already followed the prososed solutions to no avail.

I have the same issue -- I did a factory reset on my google home, then unplugged my wifi router and unplugged my google home and re plugged in and that fixed the issue for tasks/reminders created on my google home. However, the issue still persists for tasks created on my google calendar or phone -- i.e., the google home doesn't notify me that I have a task
