Hi,

My Google Home Mini is not turning on at all, even I changed power adaptors and cabled several times.

Not LED Lights are turning on at all.

How I can get your support for this?

Hi JamesBigtree,

Thanks for the details.

Since we have exhausted the troubleshooting steps for your issue, the next best step is to replace it. However, as much as we'd love to replace your Google Home Mini, it's no longer within our Limited Warranty. We know this is not the best answer that you're looking for, but let us know if you still have other questions otherwise, we'll close the thread after 24 hours.

Regards,

Alex

Hey JamesBigtree,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

I know how challenging it is to not have a working device when needed. We'd love to help.

A few questions:

  1. Is your speaker plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector?
  2. When your speaker is plugged into the wall outlet, does it show any LED lights that indicate that it has power?
  3. Are other devices able to receive power from the same outlet?
  4. Are you using the official power adapter that came with the speaker?
  5. Was there any type of electrical outage around the time the issue began?

Let's try theses steps below:

  1. Discharge your Home Mini by unplugging the power adapter from the outlet and your speaker.
  2. Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
  3. Plug the power adapter into the speaker.
  4. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
  5. Check if any LED lights would appear on the back of the speaker.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi
