First of all sorry for my bad english. I used my Google Home Mini for almost a year and work just fine without any problem. But, a couple days ago my google home mini said no internet connection although I checked my internet and work just fine. Therefore, I decided to factory reset both my google home. However, during the set up its says the google home mini was manufactured for a different country and I might face connection issues. Then, when I tried to connect my google home to the same router I use, its says connection error. I have tried every tutorial out there such as changing wifi router channel. Using only 2.4 ghz connection. But, still the same problem occur. Even changing the routers does not help. Can you give me a solution regarding this problem. Thanks.

Hi dearvin,
Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your Google Home Mini is not working and giving you an error message. I would be more than happy to help find a solution.
First, my main question is, where are you currently living? Are you living in a Google Home Mini supported country?
Google Home Mini is supported in these countries:
Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States (except Puerto Rico)
Please keep me updated, I look forward to your response.

I am currently living in Indonesia.

Hi dearvin,
Thank you for your reply back! Your country's location is the reason why the Google Home Mini is not working, as Indonesia is not a supported country for this device.
Does the error message also show up when you try to connect the Google Home Mini to a mobile hotspot?
If this error message continues to pop up, my best suggestion is to use the device just as a speaker via Bluetooth.

This is horrible. I've had google home mini for almost 2 yrs living in Puerto Rico and it was only about a couple of weeks ago when it stopped working and it started giving me the same message as OP. 😠

Quick update:
I fixed the issue. I did a factory reset to my google home devices and ran the setup from the app and it worked, is all connected now. Lets hope in a couple of weeks with some update it doesn't break again.
Still living in Puerto Rico btw
