Google Home fallo al restablecer

Mi google home mini tiene un fallo al restablecer, mantengo pulsado el boton de reinicio y lo unico solo aparece el led verde. Lo he mantenido pulsado mas de 15 segundos y no hace nada

I try and nothing happened. The LEDs don’t turn on when I plug them into the power source.

Are you using the original power supply that in came with?

Have you tried a different power outlet that you know works?
