DEVICE : Google Nest Hub
ISSUE : Black screen, unresponsive
STEPS TAKEN: Reboot device, Recovery mode, Factory reset
CONTEXT : Long time google home user and up until now, fairly satisfied overall (8 devices not counting "works with" vendors.)
If I am missing any helpful methods please let me know

Thanks for posting. Let me help you. A few questions: when did it start? Do you have another Google Nest Hub? If yes, are they working fine? Could you share a short video clip showing the concern so I can have a better look?
