Hi there,
I'm having a problem with my Google Nest Hub Max.
It is getting stuck in the initialisation page -> on the 'G' logo.
I've tried these 2 options already and it's not working. Can someone help me here?

Same thing happened to me. Happened early AM on 8/24/2022. Been working with a community specialist but nothing has worked so far. I think a push software update from Google killed my nest hub but no way to prove this. I'd buy another nest ( Google reduced price to $55 ) but ... no guarantee it wont happen again and Google supports playing games. I think our nest hubs are dead by friendly fire. 😥

Hi Princess : filled out the form. I think my Google hub stopped working after fuschia push software update on 8/24/2022. Can you confirm a Google update at that time?
