Google Nest Mini disconnecting on a daily basis

Only my Google Nest Minis kept disconnecting from Wifi, Google Nest Hubs are working fine. I've already tried factory reset, reboots for umpteen times. Also tried to reboot my router even though it's working fine (the rest of my devices have stable connection through out. On my router GUI, it showed that the nest minis are connected). Please help, it's so frustrating. Or can I get an exchange? My warranty is still valid.

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Since this is only isolated in your Google Nest Mini, could you tell us the distance of it from your router? Also, could you provide the cast firmware version of your speaker?

 

To check which firmware version you're on, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. Tap and hold your device's tile.
  3. Tap Settings and then Device information.
  4. Under "Technical information," check for Cast firmware: "X.XXX.XXXXX." If the device is on Fuchsia, check for System firmware version: "X.XXXXXXXX.X.XXXXXXX".

My nest mini is only about 2m away from my router. 

My cast firmware is 2.57.375114.
