I have restarted my wifi. Reset the google home mini by holding onto the button on the bottom of it. I have deleted and redownloaded the home app. I have also removed all the homes on the app and devices and it is unable to communicate. I am also close to wifi router and Google mini.

Help.

Dit your Google Mini work before at your place, or is it a first time install ?

If it worked before, really try to factory reset it again.  Power Off, Power On, wait for 3 minutes and then open the Google Home app to install it.

Also, make sure that 2.4 GHz is active as your wifi signal, these products are NOT compatible with 5 Ghz wifi !

If the problem remains, return it to your vendor and ask for a replacement as i would then think its a "dead on arrival".
