Google mini connectivity

Hi my google mini doesn’t stay logged in, every day I have to log in through the google home app (it’s been like this for a long time), and now it won’t even play music when asked or it won’t listen to commands! Is this a normal thing with mini? It’s frustrating when you pay so much for these and then they don’t work!!!

There isn't a login for the Mini per se.  The Mini is associated with your Google account by virtue of you going through the setup while logged into the Google Home app with your Google credentials.

When you use the wake word of "Hey Google" do the lights on the top turn on?  Does it respond in any way?

Hi yes it says please log in through the google home app, I have to go through the setup process every day! I’ve given up using it… is there something I can do to fix it?

yhis definitely hasn’t been resolved, I’ve stopped using my mini because it really is annoying having to log in every day…

I’ve tried:

 Unplug, replug.
Factory reset.

Remove device and reinstall 

nothing seems to work

i've done all this too and nothing...  it's an expensive paper weight

That's very bizarre.  Do you still see the Mini on the Home App screen anywhere?

If it's not, what do you do to add it back to your Home App?  Go through the process of clicking on the + and choosing Setup New Device?

I have the same issue. I have to add it all over again using the + step.
