I just purchased my best hub and can not get any sound at all to work. There is no turn on sound, no sound playing YouTube, nothing. We have checked the buttons, we have unplugged it etc.

Hi, I have the same problem. I performed a factory reset several times and the problem still there. No sound at all.

Since it did not work could you send us a short video clip showing the issue so we can further investigate?
