I've bought a Google Nest Mini for my kid, to have in his room. And that works perfectly, he loves asking it all sorts of stuff!
I've set it up using my own Google account, because he doesn't have his own Google account.
My kid doesn't have a phone, but I would like to setup the Mini so it can Duo (meet) call me and my wife.
I've tried following various guides, so I've activated "Allow Personal Results", but I think this is "my" personal results, and only for my voice.
How do I set it up so he (or anyone preferably) can call "mom" or "dad" without any personal results?

If no one sets up Voice Match, everyone including yor child should be able to call your contacts if you have personal results turned on. What happens when your child tries to call you by saying "Call [mom] on Duo.”
The bit in brackets needs to be whatever the contact is called in your contacts. Be aware I don't think this works for your phone number, even if you create a contact for yourself, unfortunately.

Hi there,
I just wanted to check, do you have additional concerns or questions about your device?

Thanks for the replies.
Voice Match is required when turning on personal results (i guess it cant personalize without knowing what person it is).
I ended up setting up a real (none child) account for my kid. Connected it to my own phone number (number was required but he doesn't have a phone). Logged him in on my phone and the setup a voice match for his account, and add me and my wife to his contacts.
He can now call us via the speaker. Although my account and his account is now in some sort of weird place where some contacts and settings are shared. Probably because we share phone number and both is setup on same device.
Anyway it was not a smooth solution he can now call us which is what we wanted. I had hoped the use case would have been supported, but if you dont have your own phone number and own Android device its all a bit of a mess.
Thanks again for the suggestions

Hey BirkAndMe,
Thanks for the update. Just to add, you can create a child account and link it to Google Assistant-enabled speakers, smart displays and Smart Clocks. Just download a Family Link app on your phone to create an email for your child. Visit this link for more information.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Muddi
