Hub Max Web Pages Too Big for Screen

Hi there,

when my Hub Max shows Google Web pages for results the left hand side of the page is cut off!

you cannot move or resize the screen to see it. I’ve reset and powered down the hub and it’s still the same issue. This is a web only sizing issue, as all other content is perfect - Just Google web pages displayed as results.

Why am I hearing crickets? Is a software update (beta or release) being worked on for this issue?

Same issue and Google will not resolve this. WORST GOOGLE product ever!!

I spoke with an advisor and was told

It is best that you do a report using the device that's experiencing the issue, if you also have access to the forum site, please do recommend it to them as well, the more reports received, the better for the Google Team to understand the issue and implement resolution updates or even recall if needed.

I submitted by searching for something, then pulling up from the bottom to display the toolbar. Click the feedback icon and it will ask what feedback would you like to provide. I said " search page off center and can't view left portion of screen". It will include a screenshot of the issue.

It won't solve for immediate issues but the more we provide feedback to the proper channel the quicker we MAY get help.

Same here, its been like it for weeks and makes search useless. I would have thought this would have been resolved by now!

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Idk when it started but it sure is here and they was not cheap to begin with either!

Devs manage to stay employed for so long by making problems and then fixing them.  How did this thing work for years and now they're all messed up?

We have big units and small units doing the same thing.

Thank goodness for this forum, I tried everything logical to put this right  - probably what I did wrong as logic doesn't work with this product !!!

Image on screen is off to the left . It's like it's in zoom mode Slide right to see the arrows

I am having the exact same issue.  Apparently you can go to your Android settings and change the font size, but this option is not showing up (even though my Android should support this change).

I was told it's a software issue. It's been ongoing for a month or so .

Nothing new to contribute here. I have the same experience lately and have had the Google Hub for several years now. Sadly it continues to degrade in usefulness and is quickly outdating itself. Will be looking for the next device with integrated HELPFUL AI features.

Very annoying, especially since it did not used to do this. In the past, I used it all the time for searchers and it was fine.  I've had my Hub Max and mini for 2 1/2 years or more and it has never had this problem.  So they change something in the software.    

I have invested in may Google products, please be responsible to your customer and FIX ASAP

Just came on to say the same here. Just started happening a few weeks ago. thought it would be fixed by now, but c'mon! And on their OWN browser! Google has really just given up on google home unfortunately. It has so many issues anymore!

Just tried a web search on my Nest Hub and it is working perfectly! Seems to have been a silent update. If it is not available for everyone, I opted in for the beta. Does not look to be a beta update though.
