MSNBC not working with YoutubeTV on Google Nest Display

Lately every time I say, "Hey Google, play MSNBC on YoutubeTV" to my Google nest, I get a playback error that payment is required.  I do pay for YoutubeTV but considering cancelling if it cannot play on Google devices.

A few questions: is this the first time that you experience this issue? What specific Nest Hub do you have (1st, 2nd, Hub Max)? Are you able to stream other channels? Is it playing on the native app? Are you able to cast it from your phone to your Nest Hub? Also, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've tried?
