My Google display has fault code V5N4 and won’t connect to WiFi anymore

Tried switching WiFi and device off.  Tried setting up as new.

Thanks for your message. Having your device not be able to connect to WiFi is definitely a frustrating issue. I would be more than happy to help find a solution with you. First, I have some questions:
  • Which Google Display device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Where are you seeing the fault code 'V5N4'? On the device? On the Google Home App?
  • Do you have a photo of your device showing this code?
