My Nest Mini disappeared from Google Home. It says, “log in to Google Home” but I can’t find it.

Google Home doesn’t see the Nest Mini.

Thank you for your message. Let's get this issue resolved so that you can listen to your favorite music! I would be more than happy to look into this issue. First, I have some questions. 

  • Is your Google Nest Mini showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
  • Where are you seeing the error message? On the device itself or the Google Home App?
  • Are you on the same WiFi network as your other devices? 
  • Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
