Can we get some quality improvements and fixes for the 2nd gen nest hub?
I've been using the feedback option on the unit itself as well as through the Google Home App and web page for a long time and none have seemed to been reviewed and acted on at all.
It appears Google/Nest has forgotten or abandoned the 2nd gen nest hub as it is plagued with issues, horrible response times, and far behind in feature functionality.
What further shows the 2nd Gen Nest Hub is forgotten/abounded is the fact Google pushes the next generation OS on the Max and the 1st Gen nest hub but doesn't update the newer nest hub which makes no sense at all.

Thanks for the response. We are here to help. Based on your initial post, it appears that there is a delay when you do some commands. How long does it take for your Nest Hub 2nd gen to respond? Have you been experiencing WI-Fi issues lately? What features do you wish to add to it? Could you tell us more about it so we can better assist you?

It’s much more than just a delay with some commands.
My Wi-Fi has no issues what so ever.
1. Yes extreme delays after commands, but that isn’t even the big issue here.
2. Many times the assistant jumps between a male and female voice.
3. Many times the assistant responds with "there has been a glitch" or "please try again in a few seconds".
4. As for the feature and improvement request.. that is seriously a lot right now, most is features or features and improvements that it is surprising if even have to mention right now.
Thanks for the details you provided. Sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. Let's rule out the possibility that it has anything to do with the network. Set up your Nest Hub 2nd gen using a mobile hotspot. You need two phones for this. Follow the steps below.
Once it is set up, observe if the response time improves.

No disrespect intended @Juni but please understand how frustrating this is now that your the
(lost count of Google representatives who have asked me to do the same thing, even though I already provided them details of me doing that and more already)
but I can’t allow you guys to continuously waste more of my time doing the same steps over and over again for you guys to eventually shrug your shoulders and end up not even reporting the issue.
this is such a big issue with google support!
