Nest Hub - Camera feed is not available

When someone rings the doorbell (Newest Google hello door bell on battery), the google Hub is showing “Camera feed is not available”. The live video works fine when we use it manually on all devices. 


We bought the google hub, especially, to instantly show us who is ringing the door bell, but instead this Hub shows nothing but an error…

We’ve reset all sytems and it is still not working, we would like to have a proper solution.

Problem solved,

when you have this problem you have to make sure that the person who added this device to the google home app is the same person as the one who added the door bell and other devices.

I deleted the Hub and reset it to factory. Then I installed it again with the correct google account and now it's working fine.
