Good evening - My Nest Hub Max screen has been stuck, displaying the Google G, even after attempting several hard resets and unplugging and plugging back into various electrical sockets.
I have three other such devices, all working fine.
Would love to hear any suggestions on how to return this faulty device.

Are you using the original power supply and adapter that came with your device?
Have you tried putting your device into recovery mode?
